Today I returned to Toronto...to 555 Avenue Rd to be exact. Here you will find the Republic of Korea's Consulate...
I picked up my passport with my shinny new Korean visa, a one year ticket to adventure. Upon my return to good ol' K-dub, I called the Travel agency provided for me by the school I will be working at, ofcourse they started talking in Korea...My response "ummm hi, I'm calling regarding a ticket that was booked for me by Moonkkang???!?!?!?!?!?!?!"
hahahaha, I feel there will be a lot of ?!?!?!?!?!?! to come in the next year of my life. Good thing I find it amusing:) Anyways once I finally spoke to the right person and they understood why I was calling I was pleasantly informed that my flight will be booked for either the 23rd or 24th of June and that itenarary will be emailed to me!!!
The excitement is bubbling over!!!!!
Time to get my a** in gear and get things done. WOOT WOOT!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I also spoke to my friend Tori who is also going to S. Korea. Her and I worked together one wonderful summer at Student Housing at U of G. She then took off for her own adventure in Scotland and now has decided to venture over to Seoul. Her departure date is set for July 12th. Another familiar face amidst the unfamiliar which will fill my everyday for the next year!!!! Safe travels Tori!! See you soon!
